Hmm...
Hong Kong govt had pushed for years for bus operator to follow SBS
style of fare collection, by fare stages instead of flat fare
But as fares are deregulated in Hong Kong or I'd rather say,
there's no guidelines as to how fare should be collected, the bus
operators are against the idea
I did remember taking KMB Bus Rt 960 years back, gosh the fare is
like HK$19.60 or abt S$4.50! 
Flat fare, 1 bus stop, 10 bus stop or 20 bus stop also
the same fare
